Terms and definitions<\/strong><\/h5><p>1.1. <strong>GRIDIX<\/strong> \u2014 an international SaaS platform for automating sales and services in the real estate sector.<\/p><p>1.2.<strong> Operator (GRIDIX)<\/strong> \u2014 the person who organizes and\/or carries out the processing of personal data within the framework of this Policy: <strong>Dimpulse Tech Limited<\/strong> (DIFC, Dubai, UAE).<\/p><p>1.3. <strong>GRIDIX platform<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 GRIDIX website and applications, modules and services, including (but not limited to):<\/p><ul><li>Marketing site: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gridix.live\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.gridix.live<\/a><\/strong> (and its language versions\/subdomains);<\/li><li>web platform: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.gridix.live\/\">https:\/\/app.gridix.live<\/a><\/strong>;<\/li><li>PWA\/mobile versions (if available);<\/li><li>functional modules (Smart Catalog, interactive catalogs\/chessboards, role cabinets, integrations, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><p>1.4. <strong>User<\/strong> \u2014 an individual using the GRIDIX Platform (including (but not limited to) a representative of the developer\/agency\/agent, administrator, manager, as well as a buyer\/client who has gained access to the client account).<\/p><p>1.5. <strong>Personal data<\/strong> - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific individual.<\/p><p>1.6. <strong>Client (B2B client)<\/strong> \u2014 an organization\/legal entity\/individual entrepreneur (including (but not limited to) a developer, agency, partner) that uses the GRIDIX Platform and that can upload\/enter data of third parties (leads, buyers, etc.).<\/p><p>1.7. <strong>User\/Client Content<\/strong> \u2014 data and files that the User\/Client uploads or creates on<strong> GRIDIX platform<\/strong> (plans, lots, images, documents, messages, statuses, etc.).<\/p><p>1.8. <strong>Processing of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any action (operation) or set of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>2. Who processes the data and in what status (controller\/processor)<\/strong><\/h5><p>2.1. When using the marketing and public services of the Platform, GRIDIX acts as <strong>Operator (Controller)<\/strong> personal data.<\/p><p>2.2. When using the GRIDIX Platform by Clients (B2B), GRIDIX acts as <strong>Processor<\/strong>, and the Client - in the role of the Operator of the data of its clients and users, as well as all Client Content.<\/p><p>2.3. The Client guarantees that there are legal grounds for transferring personal data of third parties to GRIDIX.<\/p><p>2.4. <strong>Integrations (CRM\/banks\/mail\/messengers).<\/strong> When activating integrations, some data may be transferred to third-party services at the request of the Client or User. The party activating the integrations (Client\/User) is responsible for the legal basis for the transfer and the integration setup.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>3. What data does the Operator process?<\/strong><\/h5><p><strong>3.1. Data that the User\/Client provides directly<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>name, surname (or full name), position;<\/p><\/li><li><p>e-mail, telephone;<\/p><\/li><li><p>company\/organization, role, project\/object;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Correspondence with support, applications, requests.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.2. Technical data (collected automatically)<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>IP address, device type, OS, browser, language;<\/p><\/li><li><p>session identifiers, interface action logs;<\/p><\/li><li><p>cookies\/similar technologies.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.3. User\/Client Content and Data within Projects<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>plans\/drawings\/images\/media;<\/p><\/li><li><p>data on lots\/apartments\/objects, statuses, prices, characteristics;<\/p><\/li><li><p>application\/contact details (if entered on the GRIDIX Platform);<\/p><\/li><li><p>documents and attachments (contracts, invoices, acts, checks, files, etc.) (if entered on the GRIDIX Platform);<\/p><\/li><li><p>access settings, roles, rights, change history.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.4. Data from integrations (if the User\/Client has connected)<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>lead\/deal\/contact data from CRM;<\/p><\/li><li><p>statuses\/notifications required for the integration to work.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.5. The Operator does not store or process bank card payment data, and does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User\/Client.<\/strong><\/p><p>3.6. If the User\/Client uploads data of third parties (customers, leads, etc.), the User\/Client undertakes to ensure that there are legal grounds for such transfer and processing (notifications, consents, contractual grounds - depending on the requirements of the applicable law).<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>4. Purposes of data processing<\/strong><\/h5><p><strong>The operator processes data for:<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1. <strong>Provision of the GRIDIX Platform:<\/strong> Registration, login, account and role management, project access, display of catalogs\/chessboards, work with personal accounts.<\/p><p>4.2. <strong>Support and communications:<\/strong> responses to requests, assistance with setup, status updates.<\/p><p>4.3. <strong>Contractual and financial transactions:<\/strong> invoicing, payment accounting, subscription management, fraud prevention.<\/p><p>4.4. <strong>Quality and analytics improvements:<\/strong> Error diagnostics, stability improvement, functionality development, usage analytics (including those based on anonymized\/aggregated data).<\/p><p>4.5. <strong>Security:<\/strong> Account protection, incident investigation, access control, abuse prevention.<\/p><p>4.6. <strong>Marketing (with consent where required):<\/strong> Newsletters, news, invitations to demos\/webinars, special offers. The User\/Client can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.<\/p><p>4.7. <strong>Compliance with legal requirements.<\/strong><\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>5. Legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/h5><p>Depending on the situation, data is processed on the basis of:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>agreement with the User\/Client<\/strong> (provision of the GRIDIX Platform, technical support, billing);<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>legitimate interests of the Parties<\/strong> (security, abuse prevention, service improvement);<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>consent of the data subject<\/strong>\u00a0(marketing emails, certain cookies\/tracking where required);<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>fulfillment of legal obligations under current legislation<\/strong> (accounting\/taxes\/responses to requests from authorized bodies).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h5><strong>6. Transfer of data to third parties<\/strong><\/h5><p>6.1. Personal data <strong>not for sale<\/strong>.<\/p><p>6.2. Data may be transferred:<\/p><ul><li><p>to infrastructure and hosting providers to ensure services operate;<\/p><\/li><li><p>analytics and error monitoring services (if used);<\/p><\/li><li><p>payment providers - to accept payments (in such cases, bank card data is processed by the provider, not by GRIDIX);<\/p><\/li><li><p>mailing\/notification services (e-mail\/SMS\/push) - for message delivery;<\/p><\/li><li><p>partners and integrations that the User\/Client has connected (CRM, etc.) - as per the User\/Client&#039;s setup\/instructions;<\/p><\/li><li><p>at the legal request of government agencies\/court;<\/p><\/li><li><p>to protect the rights and security of GRIDIX and the User\/Client.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>6.3. Data recipients (where applicable) are engaged on the terms of confidentiality and data processing on behalf of the data subject.<\/p><p>6.4. Personal data may be processed outside the User\/Client&#039;s country of residence, including the UAE and Georgia. GRIDIX ensures an adequate level of data protection during any cross-border transfer.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>7. Cookies and similar technologies<\/strong><\/h5><p>7.1. GRIDIX uses cookies and similar technologies:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>mandatory<\/strong> \u2014 for authorization, security, interface operation;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>functional<\/strong> \u2014 remembering settings and preferences;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>analytical<\/strong> \u2014 statistics on the use and improvement of the service (if possible in aggregated form);<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>marketing<\/strong> \u2014 advertising impressions\/attribution (if used, usually requires consent).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>7.2. The User\/Client can manage cookies in their browser settings and\/or through the cookie banner (if implemented). Disabling some cookies may affect the operation of the GRIDIX Platform. .<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>8. Cross-border data transfer<\/strong><\/h5><p>8.1. GRIDIX may process data on servers located in different countries (depending on the hosting and providers used).<\/p><p>8.2. In case of cross-border transfer, GRIDIX applies protective measures: contractual obligations, access restrictions, technical security measures.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>9. Storage periods<\/strong><\/h5><p>GRIDIX stores data <strong>no longer than necessary<\/strong> for the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>10. Rights of personal data subjects<\/strong><\/h5><p>The User\/Client has the right to:<\/p><ul><li><p>find out what data GRIDIX processes;<\/p><\/li><li><p>obtain a copy of the data;<\/p><\/li><li><p>correct\/update data;<\/p><\/li><li><p>delete data (if there are no legal grounds for continuing processing);<\/p><\/li><li><p>restrict processing;<\/p><\/li><li><p>object to processing (in some cases);<\/p><\/li><li><p>withdraw consent (if the processing is based on consent);<\/p><\/li><li><p>obtain data in a portable format (if applicable).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>How to contact:<\/strong>\u00a0 the request is sent to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@gridix.live\">info@gridix.live<\/a><\/strong> with the subject \u201cPersonal data \/ Privacy\u201d.<\/p><p>To protect the User\/Client&#039;s data, GRIDIX may request proof of identity\/authority.<\/p><hr \/><h5><strong>11.
