LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR USE OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAM
«GRIDIX: SMART CATALOG / Chessboard of objects in a transaction»
Dear User! Before installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, please carefully read the terms of this Agreement, which is the standard form of an accession agreement and can be concluded in writing or another form stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Software. Installing, launching, or otherwise using the Software signifies your full acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement and its proper execution in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree to its terms, you may not install the Software and must remove all its components from your Bitrix24 portal.
This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between Dimpulse Tech Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Licensor) and the User (any individual, sole proprietor, legal entity) of the computer program «GRIDIX: SMART CATALOG / Chessboard of objects in a transaction» (hereinafter referred to as the software).
Basic terms
BY – the computer program «GRIDIX: SMART CATALOG / Chessboard of objects in a transaction» (both as a whole and its components), including the widget, API, integrations and related services, the exclusive rights to which belong to the Licensor.
Demo version of the software – a version of software with functional or time limitations, provided solely for review and testing purposes.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Licensor grants the User the right to use the Software under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license by installing and using it in the Bitrix24 environment.
1.2. The software is licensed as a single solution. Its components cannot be used separately or on different portals.
1.3. The Agreement shall enter into force upon commencement of use of the Software and shall remain valid for the entire term of the Licensor's rights.
1.4. The software may be used in any country, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
2. Copyright
2.1. The software is an object of intellectual property and is protected by international law.
2.2. The Software may contain commercial secrets and confidential information of the Licensor.
2.3. Any use of the Software in violation of the terms of this Agreement shall be considered a violation of the Licensor's rights.
2.4. The Licensor confirms that it has all necessary rights to the Software.
3. Terms of Use and Restrictions
3.1. The User has the right to use one installed copy of the Software within one Bitrix24 portal.
3.2. The User has no right to:
modify, decompile, disassemble the software;
distribute, sell or transfer the software to third parties;
use the software for the benefit of third parties without the permission of the Licensor;
use software in violation of the law.
3.3. The User is obliged not to remove copyright notices.
4. Responsibilities of the parties
4.1. The parties shall be liable for any violation of the terms of the Agreement in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for:
loss of profit;
loss of data;
indirect or incidental damages.
The software is provided "as is".
5. Limited warranty and technical support
5.1. The Licensor provides technical support to Users.
5.2. Technical support regulations:

5.3. Response time to request:
initial response - up to 24 hours on business days
5.4. Software updates are part of the Software and are governed by this Agreement.
5.5. The Licensor does not guarantee the absence of errors and the uninterrupted operation of the Software.
5.6. The timeframe for error correction is not guaranteed and depends on the complexity of the task.
6. Validity, modification and termination
6.1 The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless otherwise required by law.
6.2. The Licensor has the right to terminate the Agreement in case of violation of its terms.
6.3. Upon termination, the User is obliged to stop using the Software and delete it.
6.4. The User has the right to stop using the Software at any time.
6.5. The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the Agreement as a whole.
6.6. The Agreement applies to all software updates.
