GRIDIX Privacy Policy

GRIDIX respects the User/Client's rights to privacy and takes all measures to protect the User/Client's personal data.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») describes the procedure for collecting, using, processing, storing, transferring and protecting personal data when using GRIDIX digital services on domains gridix.live и app.gridix.live, as well as their language versions and subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the «GRIDIX Platform»).
By using the GRIDIX Platform, the User/Client confirms that they have read this Policy and fully accept its terms.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. GRIDIX — an international SaaS platform for automating sales and services in the real estate sector.
1.2. Operator (GRIDIX) — the person who organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data within the framework of this Policy: Dimpulse Tech Limited (DIFC, Dubai, UAE).
1.3. GRIDIX platform — GRIDIX website and applications, modules and services, including (but not limited to):

PWA/mobile versions (if available);
functional modules (Smart Catalog, interactive catalogs/chessboards, role cabinets, integrations, etc.).
1.4. User — an individual using the GRIDIX Platform (including (but not limited to) a representative of the developer/agency/agent, administrator, manager, as well as a buyer/client who has gained access to the client account).
1.5. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific individual.
1.6. Client (B2B client) — an organization/legal entity/individual entrepreneur (including (but not limited to) a developer, agency, partner) that uses the GRIDIX Platform and that can upload/enter data of third parties (leads, buyers, etc.).
1.7. User/Client Content — data and files that the User/Client uploads or creates on the GRIDIX Platform (plans, lots, images, documents, messages, statuses, etc.).
1.8. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
2. Who processes the data and in what status (controller/processor)
2.1. When using the marketing and public services of the GRIDIX Platform, it acts as the Operator (Controller) of personal data.
2.2. When Clients (B2B) use the GRIDIX Platform, GRIDIX acts as the Processor and the Client acts as the Operator of the data of its clients and users, as well as all Client Content.
2.3. 2.3. The Client guarantees that there are legal grounds for transferring personal data of third parties to GRIDIX.
2.4. Integrations (CRM/banks/mail/messengers). When activating integrations, some data may be transferred to third-party services on behalf of the Client or User. The party activating the integrations (Client/User) is responsible for the legal basis for the transfer and the integration setup. The terms of data processing by Google services are described in Section 13.
3. What data does the Operator process?
3.1. Data that the User/Client provides directly
name, surname (or full name), position;
e-mail, telephone;
company/organization, role, project/object;
Correspondence with support, applications, requests.
3.2. Technical data (collected automatically)
IP address, device type, OS, browser, language;
session identifiers, interface action logs;
cookies/similar technologies.
3.3. User/Client Content and Data within Projects
plans/drawings/images/media;
data on lots/apartments/objects, statuses, prices, characteristics;
application/contact details;
documents and attachments (contracts, invoices, certificates, checks, files, etc.);
access settings, roles, rights, change history.
3.4. Data from integrations (if the User/Client has connected):
lead/deal/contact data from CRM;
email details (more details in section 13);
statuses/notifications required for the integration to work.
3.5. 3.5. The Operator does not store or process bank card payment data, and does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User/Client.
3.6. If the User/Client uploads third party data, the User/Client undertakes to ensure that there is a legal basis for such transfer and processing.
4. Purposes of data processing
The operator processes data for:
4.1. GRIDIX Platform Provisions: registration, authorization (including via SSO), account and role management, and dashboard operation.
4.2. Support and communications: responses to inquiries, assistance with setup.
4.3. Contractual and financial transactions: invoicing, payment accounting, fraud prevention.
4.4. Quality and analytics improvements: error diagnostics, functionality development.
4.5. Security: account protection, access control, abuse prevention.
4.6. Marketing (with consent): newsletters, newsletters. The User/Client may unsubscribe at any time.
4.7. Compliance with legal requirements.
5. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of:
agreement with the User/Client
legitimate interests of the Parties;
consent of the data subject;
fulfillment of legal obligations under current legislation
6. Transfer of data to third parties
6.1. Personal data not for sale.
6.2. Data may be transferred:
infrastructure and hosting providers;
payment providers;
mailing/notification services;
partners and integrations (on behalf of the User/Client);
at the legal request of government agencies/court;
6.3. Data recipients are retained on confidentiality terms.
6.4. 6.4. Personal data may be processed outside the User/Client's country of residence, including the UAE and Georgia. GRIDIX ensures an adequate level of data protection during any cross-border transfer.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
7.1. GRIDIX uses cookies (essential, functional, analytical, marketing).
7.2. The User/Client can manage cookies in the browser settings.
8. Cross-border data transfer
8.1. GRIDIX may process data on servers located in different countries.
8.2. In case of cross-border transfer, technical and contractual protection measures are applied.
9. Storage periods
GRIDIX stores data no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.
10. Rights of personal data subjects
The User/Client has the right to:
find out what data GRIDIX processes;
obtain a copy of the data, correct it or delete it;
restrict processing or object to it;
revoke consent.
How to contact: the request is sent to info@gridix.live with the subject "Personal Data / Privacy". GRIDIX may request verification of identity.
11. Data security
GRIDIX applies organizational and technical measures:
data encryption during transmission (TLS/SSL);
access control and role delineation;
backup and monitoring;
restricting employee access.
12. Use of AI and automated solutions
GRIDIX may use artificial intelligence algorithms and automated systems for analytics and recommendations.
13. Use of Google data (Google Workspace APIs)
When using Google authentication (Single Sign-On) or connecting a Google Workspace account (Gmail API) to use the built-in CRM, the following mandatory conditions apply:
13.1. Data collected: When you connect your Google account to GRIDIX, we request access to your email address, name, and profile photo for authorization. When using CRM features, we additionally request access to Gmail to read, send, and manage emails on your behalf. We collect and store email metadata, sender/recipient addresses, and the content of correspondence related exclusively to your real estate professional activities.
13.2. Purpose of use: Gmail data is used strictly to provide the GRIDIX Platform's communication functionality. This allows developers to send targeted emails to agents, track responses, and maintain a history of business communications within the GRIDIX interface.
13.3. Prohibition on transmission and advertising: We strictly do not use your Google data for displaying or targeting ads. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, information brokers, or marketing agencies.
13.4 Limited Use:
GRIDIX's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. (The GRIDIX Platform's use of, and sharing with any other application, information received from, Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the limited use requirements.).
13. Children and minors
The GRIDIX platform is intended for professional use (B2B) and is not directed to persons under 18 years of age without the consent of a legal guardian.
15. Changes to the Policy
GRIDIX reserves the right to amend this Policy. The new version will take effect upon publication on the GRIDIX Platform. .
