What is the essence of an affiliate program and why are rules needed?
GRIDIX creates the product and tools: Smart Catalog, widgets, dashboards, and infrastructure.
Partners help the product grow: they bring in clients, implement, train, and support.
Rules are needed to:
- Establish cash flows and responsibilities (who pays whom) in advance.
- avoid disputes over attribution and payments.
- make the rules transparent and avoid misunderstandings
- make the partnership transparent and convenient for scaling.
Briefly about terminology:
- The client is a developer/builder who uses GRIDIX.
- A project is a subscription unit (usually a residential complex/property/complex/any property that is divided into lots! For example, a developer may have several projects.
- Attribution is the assignment of a client and their payments to a partner.
- Wallet — the balance of the integrator and referral for paying for client subscriptions under the affiliate model (reseller model) or withdrawing earned commission.
Two earning models: 1. Referral program 2. Integrator/reseller
1. Referral program (affiliate link)
Suitable if the client:
- configure GRIDIX himself (for example, by his IT department).
- will pay for the subscription directly to GRIDIX.
You earn a commission of 20% from client payments.
When it is especially convenient:
- the client already has a team/contractor.
- The client needs "quick setup" of the product, either independently or through DRIDIX support
- you work as an ambassador/recommender
2. Integrator/reseller (implementation + support)
Suitable if you:
- implement and configure GRIDIX for the client.
- You take on support and turnkey work.
- You take on the client's invoices and closing documents
- Activate your subscription through your wallet balance with a discount.
You earn up to 50% in commission.
Additionally, you can earn money from implementation/support services.
Important: You can use both models at the same time, but for different clients.
Rewards and rates
Referral program (affiliate link)
- Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 20% – You brought a client directly through your link
- Level 2 (Second-line referrals): 10% - Your referral brought a client, and you get 10% as a top level
Attribution is lifetime—as long as the customer's subscription is active
Integrator/reseller (integrator discount)
The discount depends on the number of active projects in your portfolio:
In the Integrator/Reseller model:
- the client pays the integrator
- The integrator pays for GRIDIX from his Balance at a discount
In short: who pays whom
- Referral program: Client → GRIDIX (directly), partner receives a commission
- Integrator/reseller: Client → Integrator, Integrator → GRIDIX (from your Balance with a discount)
Pricing note: Subscription prices and rates are listed on the GRIDIX website. Integrator/reseller rates are specified in the program rules in your personal account and may be updated with the release of a new version.
Partnership Math: Calculate How Much Gridix Will Bring You in a Year
How a client is assigned (attribution)
To make it easier, here are 3 short scenarios:
- Came via link → Referral program: the client registered/paid via your affiliate link.
- Created by integrator + Balance → Integrator/reseller: You have created a customer account and activated a subscription through your Balance.
- Switched to direct payment → What changes: The client continues to work in GRIDIX, the integrator's access can be revoked, and attribution remains in accordance with the program rules.
Referral program attribution
A client is assigned to a partner if the client registers and/or pays using the partner link.
What is usually recorded:
- partner (Level 1) + if available (Level 2)
- date of first transition/registration/payment
- source (referral link)
Integrator/reseller attribution
A client is assigned to an integrator if the integrator has created an account for the client and activated a subscription through their Balance.
What is recorded:
- integrator partner
- Integrator/reseller model
- activated projects/periods
If the client decides to pay directly without an integrator
The client has the right to switch to direct payment in GRIDIX.
Default:
- the client continues to work in GRIDIX
- integrator access may be revoked
- Attribution for a client is maintained according to the connection history and the current rules of the affiliate program.
Example:
- The integrator implemented the system, and the client decided to continue making payments themselves.
- The client writes to GRIDIX support about the violation → the integrator's access is restricted → the client pays directly
Referral program payments
When the commission is available for withdrawal!
The commission becomes available for withdrawal after:
- successful payment by the client
- completion of the verification period/possible chargeback (usually 14 days; the exact value is specified in the partner account)
Payment statuses
- awaiting verification
- approved
- paid
Term and minimum amount
- Payment is made within 14 days from the date of Approved status.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 100 USD
- Payout currency: USDT
Withdrawals are made through support (before the introduction of automatic payments).
Deductions and returns
GRIDIX has the right to temporarily withhold accruals if:
- The payment is in dispute/in the process of being refunded (chargeback)
- there are signs of fraud
- Confirmation of partner's identity/details is required
If a customer's payment is cancelled/disputed, the charge may be:
- canceled
- held until verification is completed
- deducted from future payments if already paid
Rules for Integrators: Access, Responsibility, Support
Access to the client's account
The integrator typically receives extended access for implementation and support.
This means that the integrator can:
- customize projects, catalog, and widgets
- connect employees
- perform integrations
- assist the client in daily work
Responsibility of the integrator
In the integrator/reseller model, the integrator is fully responsible to the client for:
- contract, invoices and closing documents
- timing and quality of implementation
- support and maintenance
- correctness of promises to the client
GRIDIX provides technology and product support (2nd line), but is not a party to the agreement between the integrator and the client.
Support limit (in simple terms)
- Integrator = 1st line: training, settings, data, standard requests
- GRIDIX = 2nd line: platform incidents, product bugs, infrastructure, releases
Practical guideline:
- «"How to configure/connect/update data?" → to the integrator
- «"Platform unavailable / product error" → to GRIDIX support
Recommendations for integrators (to reduce conflicts)
- Specify the scope of work and terms of service in the contract with the client
- Don't promise functionality/timeframes that aren't in the product.
- Explain the cash flow to the client: "The client pays the integrator → the integrator pays GRIDIX from its Balance."«
- Use official GRIDIX materials and current rates.
Rules for referrals: how to promote correctly
Can:
- Recommend GRIDIX through content, presentations, and personal contacts
- use official materials (media kit/brand materials)
- set fair expectations and demonstrate the product through a demo
It is forbidden:
- promise a guaranteed result
- mislead with tariffs/conditions
- use spam, prohibited traffic and "gray" schemes
- impersonate an official representative of GRIDIX without consent
Disputes and rejection of the integrator: how GRIDIX helps
If the client (developer) decides to stop working with the integrator:
- 1. The client writes to GRIDIX support and describes the situation;
- 2. GRIDIX verifies the authority of the applicant (client/authorized person)
GRIDIX, upon confirmation, may:
- disable/restrict integrator access
- record events in the action log
- help the client continue working and (if necessary) switch to direct payment
Important: The client interacts with the integrator regarding invoices/closing documents and terms of the implementation service – this is the integrator's responsibility.
Antifraud: What is prohibited?
Any actions aimed at artificially increasing rewards are prohibited:
- self-referral and «cheating» of payments
- substitution of attribution
- attempts to hide the fact of payment refunds
- use of other people's data without rights and consent
- unauthorized export/copying of customer data
GRIDIX has the right to:
- freeze payments during the verification period
- restrict partner access
- terminate participation in the program if violations are confirmed
Frequently asked questions and sample scenarios
Write to GRIDIX support and attach: partner link/referral code, client email, registration/payment date and (if available) a screenshot/UTM.
- The client contacts GRIDIX support. We verify the integrator's credentials and, if necessary, temporarily restrict access until the situation is clarified. The client retains access to their account.
Referral program - when the client myself Sets up and pays for GRIDIX directly through your link.
Integrator - when you implement a turnkey solution, manage the client and activate the subscription through Your wallet balance.
Example:
The client has their own IT department or third-party IT support → you provide a link → it’s yours referral.
The client asks «do everything for us and support us» → you implement and support → this Integrator.
You have sent an affiliate link to the developer.
The developer registered/paid directly in GRIDIX.
The commission is charged at the rate 20% from paid payments with an active subscription.
You gave your affiliate link to a consultant you know.
The consultant referred the developer to this link.
The consultant receives 20% (Level 1), you get 10% (Level 2) from the same customer payments.
Yes, a partner can use both models, but on different clients:
- for the client "will set it up himself" - Referral program;
- for the client "turnkey" - Integrator/reseller.
The client has the right to switch to direct payment in GRIDIX.
Example:
- You implemented the project, and then the client decided to manage the subscription themselves.
- The client continues to work in GRIDIX, but the integrator's access may be revoked.
- Attribution/conditions for a client are saved according to the connection history and program rules.
After:
- successful payment by the client;
- end of the verification period/possible refund of payments (14 days; the exact value is indicated in the partner's account).
If a payment is cancelled or disputed, the charge may be:
- cancelled;
- held until verification is completed;
- deducted from future payments if the payment has already been made.
- The client pays integrator.
- The integrator pays GRIDIX from his Balance.
Write-offs are ongoing by projects (monthly/annually - for the selected period).
- Up to 10 active projects - 40%.
- 10+ active projects — 50% (automatically).
- The client can contact GRIDIX support.
- GRIDIX will check the authority (client/authorized person).
- If necessary, GRIDIX will restrict the integrator's access and help the client continue working.
Important: issues regarding invoices/closing documents and terms of the implementation service are resolved with the integrator (this is their area of responsibility).
Use official GRIDIX materials (media kit, presentations, demos). If you need a set of materials specific to your market/language, please contact support.
Only if you have received a verified status/permission from GRIDIX. Otherwise, use the term "GRIDIX partner" without the "official representative" clause.«
