Rules of the GRIDIX affiliate program
Content
This page explains how the GRIDIX affiliate program works, what roles there are (Referral and Integrator) and how rewards are calculated - in simple and understandable language.
What is the essence of an affiliate program and why are rules needed?
GRIDIX makes the product and tools: Smart Catalog, widgets, accounts and infrastructure.
Partners help the product grow: they bring clients, implement, train and support.
Rules are needed to:
- Fix cash flows and responsibilities (who pays whom) in advance.
- avoid disputes over attribution and payments.
- make the rules transparent and avoid misunderstandings
- make the partnership transparent and convenient for scaling.
Briefly about terminology:
- The client is a builder/developer who uses GRIDIX.
- A project is a subscription unit (usually a residential complex/object/complex/any object that is divided into lots! For example, a builder/developer may have several projects.
- Attribution is the assignment of the client and his payments to the partner.
- Wallet - balance of the integrator and referral for paying for client subscriptions using the affiliate model (reseller model) or withdrawing earned commission.
Two earning models: 1. Referral program 2. Integrator/reseller
1. Referral program (affiliate link)
Suitable if client:
- configure GRIDIX yourself (for example, by your IT department).
- will pay for the subscription directly to GRIDIX.
You earn a 20% commission on client payments.
When it's especially convenient:
- the client already has a team/contractor.
- the client needs “quick setup” of the product both independently and through DRIDIX support
- you work as an ambassador/recommendator
2. Integrator/reseller (implementation + support)
Suitable if you:
- implement and configure GRIDIX for the client.
- You undertake support and turnkey work.
- take care of invoices and closing documents for the client
- activate your subscription through your wallet balance at a discount.
You earn up to 50% commission.
- Up to 10 projects - Integrator commission: 40%
- Over 10+ projects - Integrator commission: 50%
Additionally, you can earn money from implementation/maintenance services.
Remuneration and rates
Referral program (affiliate link)
- Level 1 (direct referrals): 20% - you referred a client directly through your link
- Level 2 (second line referrals): 10% - your referral brought a client, and you get 10% as the top level
Lifetime attribution - as long as the customer's subscription is active
Integrator/reseller (integrator discount)
The discount depends on the number of active projects in your portfolio:
- Up to 10 projects - discount for integrator: 40%
- Over 10+ projects - discount for integrator: 50%
In the "Integrator/reseller" model:
- the client pays the integrator
- the integrator pays for GRIDIX from his Balance at a discount
In short: who pays whom
- Referral program: Client → GRIDIX (directly), partner receives a commission
- Integrator/reseller: Client → Integrator, Integrator → GRIDIX (from your Balance with a discount)
Partnership math: calculate how much Gridix will bring you in a year
How a customer is assigned (attribution)
To make it easier, here are 3 short scenarios:
- Came through the link → Referral program: the client registered/paid using your affiliate link.
- Created by integrator + Balance → Integrator/reseller: you have created a client account and activated the subscription through your Balance.
- Switched to direct payment → what changes: the client continues to work in GRIDIX, the integrator’s access can be revoked, and attribution is retained according to the program rules.
Referral program attribution
What is usually recorded:
- partner (Level 1) + if available (Level 2)
- date of first transfer/registration/payment
- source (referral link)
Integrator/reseller attribution
What is recorded:
- integrator partner
- Integrator/reseller model
- activated projects/periods
If the client decides to pay directly without an integrator
The client has the right to switch to direct payment in GRIDIX.
Default:
- the client continues to work in GRIDIX
- integrator access can be revoked
- attribution for the client is saved according to the connection history and the current rules of the affiliate program
Example:
- The integrator implemented the system, the client decided to continue paying himself
- The client writes to GRIDIX support about the violation → the integrator’s access is limited → the client pays directly
Payments under the referral program
When the commission is available for withdrawal!
The commission becomes available for withdrawal after:
- successful customer payment
- completion of the verification period/possible chargeback (usually 14 days; the exact value is indicated in the partner’s account)
Payment statuses
- awaiting review
- approved
- paid
Duration and minimum amount
- Payment is made within 14 days from the date of the Approved status
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 100 USD
- Payout currency: USDT
Deductions and returns
GRIDIX has the right to temporarily withhold accruals if:
- the payment is in dispute/in the process of being returned (chargeback)
- there are signs of fraud
- confirmation of partner's identity/details is required
If the client's payment is canceled/disputed, the charge may be:
- canceled
- held until verification completed
- deducted from future payments if already paid
Rules for integrators: access, responsibility, support
Access to the client's account
The integrator typically receives extended access for implementation and support.
This means that the integrator can:
- configure projects, catalog and widgets
- connect employees
- perform integrations
- assist the client in daily work
Integrator Responsibility
In the integrator/reseller model, the integrator is fully responsible to the client for:
- agreement, invoices and closing documents
- timing and quality of implementation
- support and support
- correctness of promises to the client
Support boundary (in simple words)
- Integrator = 1st line: training, settings, data, typical requests
- GRIDIX = 2nd line: platform incidents, product bugs, infrastructure, releases
Practical guideline:
- “How to configure/connect/update data?” → to the integrator
- “Platform unavailable / product error” → to GRIDIX support
Recommendations for integrators (to reduce conflicts)
- fix the scope of work and service conditions in the contract with the client
- do not promise functionality/deadlines that are not included in the product
- explain the cash flow to the client: “the client pays the integrator → the integrator pays GRIDIX from his Balance”
- use official GRIDIX materials and current tariffs.
Rules for referrals: how to promote correctly
You can:
- recommend GRIDIX through content, presentations, personal contacts
- use official materials (media kit/brand materials)
- give honest expectations and show the product through a demo
Not allowed:
- promise guaranteed results
- mislead on tariffs/conditions
- use spam, prohibited traffic and gray schemes
- impersonate an official representative of GRIDIX without consent
Disputes and integrator refusal: how GRIDIX helps
If the client (developer) decided to stop working with the integrator:
- the client writes to GRIDIX support and describes the situation;
- GRIDIX verifies the credentials of the applicant (client/authorized person)
GRIDIX upon confirmation may:
- disable/limit integrator access
- record events in the action log
- help the client continue work and (if necessary) switch to direct payment
Antifraud: what is prohibited
Any actions aimed at artificially increasing rewards are prohibited:
- self-referral and “cheating” of payments
- attribution substitution
- attempts to hide the fact of chargebacks
- use of other people's data without rights and consent
- unauthorized export/copying of customer data
GRIDIX has the right:
- freeze payments for the period of verification
- restrict partner access
- terminate participation in the program if violations are confirmed
Frequently asked questions and sample scenarios
Who should I write to if I have a question about securing a client?
Write to GRIDIX support and attach: partner link/referral code, client e-mail, date of registration/payment and (if available) screenshot/UTM.
What to do if the integrator and the client argue about access?
- The client writes to GRIDIX support. We check the credentials and, if necessary, temporarily restrict the integrator’s access until the situation is clarified - the client retains access to his account.
How to understand which model is suitable: Referral program or Integrator or Integrator?
- Referral program - when the client sets up and pays for GRIDIX directly using your link.
- Integrator - when you implement it on a turnkey basis, lead the client and activate the subscription through Your Balance on your wallet.
Example:
- The client has his own IT department or third-party IT support → you provide a link → this is your referral.
- The client asks “do everything for us and accompany us” → you implement and support → this is Integrator.
Example of a Referral Program (Level 1 - 20%)
- You have sent an affiliate link to the developer.
- The developer registered/paid directly with GRIDIX.
The commission is calculated at the rate of 20% from paid payments with an active subscription.
Example of a Referral Program (Level 2 - 10%)
- You gave your affiliate link to a consultant you know.
- The consultant referred the developer to this link.
- The consultant receives 20% (Level 1), you receive 10% (Level 2) from the same client payments.
Can an integrator also be a referral?
Yes. A partner can use both models, but on different clients:
- for the client he will “set it up himself” - Referral program;
- for a turnkey client - Integrator/reseller.
What if the client decided to pay directly without an integrator?
The client has the right to switch to direct payment in GRIDIX.
Example:
- You implemented the project, and then the client decided to manage the subscription himself.
- The client continues to work in GRIDIX, the integrator's access can be revoked.
- Attribution/conditions for the client are saved according to the connection history and program rules.
When does the commission become available for withdrawal?
After:
- successful customer payment;
- completion of the verification period/possible refund of payments (14 days; the exact value is indicated in the partner’s account).
What happens when a refund is made?
If the payment is canceled or disputed, the charge may be:
- cancelled;
- held until verification is completed;
- deducted from future payments if payment has already been made.
How does the integrator's Balance work?
- The client pays integrator.
- The Integrator pays for GRIDIX from its Balance.
Write-offs are made by projects (monthly/annually - according to the selected period).
When does the 40% discount apply and when does the 50% discount apply?
- Up to 10 active projects - 40%.
- 10+ active projects - 50% (automatically).
What to do if a conflict arises between the client and the integrator?
- The client can contact GRIDIX support.
- GRIDIX will check the credentials (client/authorized person).
- If necessary, GRIDIX will restrict the integrator's access and help the client continue work.
Important: issues of invoices/closing documents and terms of the implementation service are resolved with the integrator (this is his area of responsibility).
Where can I get sales materials (presentations/cases)?
Use official GRIDIX materials (media kit, presentations, demos). If you need a set of materials for your market/language, write to support
Can I advertise an "official partnership"?
Only if you have received confirmed status/permission from GRIDIX. In other cases, use the wording “GRIDIX partner” without the statements “official representative”
