Content
Welcome to the GRIDIX platform! This User Agreement (“Terms” or “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Gridix.live (“GRIDIX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and User/Customer (“you”, “User” or “Customer”) when using the gridix.live, app.gridix.live, agent.gridix.live websites and all related services, applications and functional modules (collectively the “GRIDIX Platform”).
By registering on or using the GRIDIX Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company (such as a property developer or real estate agency), you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
1. Description of the service (General Provisions)
1.1. GRIDIX is a B2B SaaS platform for automating sales and service in the real estate industry. The platform provides tools for creating interactive catalogs (tables of apartment availability), transaction management, as well as a built-in CRM system for communication between developers, agencies and clients.
1.2. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” subscription model.
2. User Accounts and Registration
2.1. To use the functionality of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
2.2. Authorization through third-party services (SSO): You can register and log in using credentials from third-party services (for example, Google). By using Google SSO, you authorize us to access your basic profile information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
2.3. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Integration with third-party services (Third-Party Integrations)
3.1. The GRIDIX platform allows you to connect third-party services, including Google Workspace accounts (Gmail API), to use the built-in CRM functions.
3.2. By connecting your Google Workspace account, you grant GRIDIX permission to read, send and manage emails on your behalf to enable communications with your agents, partners and clients directly through the Platform interface.
3.3. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings or in the GRIDIX Platform interface.
4. Terms of Use and Anti-Spam Policy (Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy)
Because the GRIDIX Platform provides tools for sending emails and managing communications (including through integration with Gmail), you are strictly obligated to comply with the following rules:
4.1. Legitimate Business Communications: You agree to use GRIDIX's email functionality solely for legitimate business communications (distribution of price lists, property updates, notifications) with your affiliate network of agents, clients and employees.
4.2. No Spam: It is strictly prohibited to use the GRIDIX Platform (including connected Google Workspace accounts) to send unsolicited mass mailings (spam). You warrant that you have obtained the prior express consent of recipients to send them emails.
4.3. Legal Compliance: You are responsible for compliance with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR and similar regulations in your jurisdiction. Each mass letter must contain correct information about the sender and a clear opt-out mechanism.
4.4. Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send. You are prohibited from sending malware, phishing links, or illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
4.5. Account Suspension: GRIDIX reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete your account without refund if a violation of this Anti-Spam Policy or complaints from recipients/providers (including Google) are detected.
5. Subscription, tariffs and payment (Subscription and Billing)
5.1. The platform is provided on a paid basis according to the tariffs published on the website or specified in the contract.
5.2. Payment is made in advance for the selected period. Applicable refund policies are governed by a separate “Refund Policy” available on the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. GRIDIX Rights: The source code, design, algorithms, logos, interfaces (including the “apartment availability tables” module and Smart Catalog) are the exclusive property of gridix.live.
6.2. Client Content: All data, plans, prices, renderings and contact databases that you upload to the Platform remain your property. You grant GRIDIX a non-exclusive license to use, store and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRIDIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of customers or reputational damage, resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
7.2. GRIDIX is not responsible for failures in the operation of the Platform caused by problems on the side of integration providers (including Google Cloud / Gmail API), Internet providers or hosting companies.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC, UAE).
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the DIFC Courts.
9. Change of Terms
9.1. GRIDIX has the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. The updated version is published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
